Moses Michael Faraday is a Tamil Christian scholar from Chennai, India. He currently works with Nambikkai Television Channel, a Goodnews Channel venture, as the Programming Consultant. He is the former Head of the Department of Tamil and Dean of Humanities in Madras Christian College, Chennai.

He holds a doctorate degree in Tamil for his pioneering work in the comparison of Siddha Literature and the Bible. He is a recognised Preacher in all denominational Churches in India and abroad. He is also a popular speaker in the Tamil Literary circle and on many Tamil radio and television channels.

He is an accomplished Author, Publisher, Research Scholar, Translator and Journalist in the areas of Tamil Literature, Comparative Religion, Christian Theology and Higher Education. He is a noteworthy Christian leader who holds key positions in many Literary and Christian Organizations like the World Christian Tamil Academy.

He is a gifted poet who was recognised with the rare honour of being listed in the “100 Tamil Poets of the 20th Century” by Palaniappa Brothers publishers.
